Signature chains in Waiting for signature/Waiting at partner status can be interrupted (only for documents sent from the DirectSign menu), and unused e-signatures, ie e-signatures that have not been sent to the Evrotrust app, are automatically credited according to their original expiration date. If a document was already sent to the mobile application by the signatory, the chain can still be interrupted, however, from then on, the e-signature regarding the document sent to the Evrotrust app is considered to be used (only as many e-signature is used as were sent to the mobile app).
How can I break the signature chain?
Click on the box to the right of the DirectSign document you previously uploaded.
Then click Interrupt Signature Chain.
The broken chain changes to Unsuccessful status. You will be notified of the interruption.
