As the electronic signature looks the same in all three forms, it is not mandatory to register, according to the case law it is accepted without registration, but it can be registered, and then it will undoubtedly be your business-like electronic signature. In this case, however, only the signing certificate that has been registered in the company register can be used, and if the certificate changes or may expire, - because, for example, you obtain a new identity card, it must be re-registered.

The Qualified Electronic Signature certificate is issued by the Evrotrust Trust Service Provider, and it is valid for two years.
